In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty (20) times in total before withdrawal eligibility is established.

You may close your ph349 account at any time by contacting ph349 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
